We use Optimized OS and Application Logging, which provides additional audit and log information for incident response. This enables us to draw up reports regarding the scope of a breach, for internal and external communication. Access logs from the web server and logs logging into the server are kept for 1 month. These logs contain your IP-address. We don’t use this for tracking, only for incident reports to protect our servers.
Process your data
When you submit a form we collect your name, email and phone so that we can correspond with you. All other info will only be collected when provided. Your personal data will be stored in the website’s database and in our mailbox.
We use Postmark to send and trace all emails. It’s reliable, mails are not marked as spam and they ensure an immediate email delivery.
Postmark stores the full content history for 45 days and collects detailed delivery, open and link tracking.
Postmark is run by Wildbit, a software company founded in 1999 in Philadelphia. They are GDPR compliant and have a strict regulation.
Personal data (name, email, phone and cv) obtained through applications are retained for the duration of the application. The data will be deleted after the application has been terminated. No reserve list is maintained.
