Here at AppSaloon we take privacy seriously: we will only use your personal information to administer your account. We collect data either directly from you, or indirectly via cookies. Due to processing of these records it is possible that your data are being transferred outside the European Economical Area. However, in these cases, AppSaloon engages its subprocessors in providing the necessary level of data protection before sharing your data. Direct collection of data and processing of your data

Forms

When you submit a form, we collect your name, e-mail address and phone number to allow us to correspond with you. All other info will only be collected when provided. Your personal data will be stored in the website’s database and in our mailbox for no longer than two years.

E-mails will be sent through Postmark where they will be stored for 45 days.

Postmark

We use Postmark to send and trace all e-mails. It’s reliable, e-mails are not marked as spam, and Postmark ensures an immediate e-mail delivery. Postmark stores the full content history for 45 days and collects detailed delivery, open and link tracking.
Postmark is run by Wildbit, a software company founded in 1999 in Philadelphia (United States). Wildbit is part of the EU-US Privacy Shield and can therefore be considered as providing sufficient guarantees towards the protection of your personal data.

Job application

Personal data (name, e-mail, phone and cv) obtained through applications will be stored in mailboxes and Google Drive. The personal data linked to applications are retained for the duration of the application. The data will be deleted after the application has been terminated. No recruitment reserve is maintained.

1. Functional cookies

Our website uses functional cookies, to ensure the enablement of all website functions. These cookies are applied even without your consent, as they influence the functioning of our website. These cookies are stored mostly only during your session, but some might be kept for a maximum of 1 year.

2. Cookies linked to your preferences

A second set of cookies is linked to your preferences, such as your language and region. These cookies are kept for 1 year, and require your attention at the first visit of our website.

A third and fourth set of cookies require your consent, before they can be applied. They concern Google analytics and logs (see further), which are kept mostly solely during the session. In some cases they are kept for a maximum of 2 years. Upon your first visit of our website, we will ask for your consent.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect these data. In order to be compliant with the new regulations, Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously, and “Data sharing” is disabled. We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

4. Logs

We use Optimised OS and Application Logging, which provides additional audit and log information for incident response. This enables us to draw up reports regarding the scope of a breach, for internal and external communication. Access logs from the web server and logs logging into the server are kept for 1 month. These logs contain your IP-address. We don’t use this for tracking, only for incident reports to protect our servers.
